Refund Policy

Our return policy has a duration of 7 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it should be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from returning your purchase to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as:

  • Keyboards, keycaps, switches, and accessories with obvious signs of use.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable): Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received a refund, please check your bank account first. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing time before the refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, contact your bank. If you still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at info@coyres.com.

Sale items (if applicable): Refunds are only applicable to regular priced items; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
